2-bedroom 1-bath condo with AMAZING VIEWS of the Comal River! This rental will provide a restful night for up to 6 people and is located along the beautiful Comal River. Each condo is fully furnished & includes linens, cookware, washer, dryer, TV's, DVD players and dishwasher. This unit has 2 Queen beds and 1 sleeper.   Overall we had a great stay and great time. The condo was really cute and set up well. The Staff at River City was very helpful. The only two items that need improving is the bed in the 2nd bedroom and the internet needs some kind of booster to allow work from the balcony.

  We loved the condo. The location was perfect and everything was just what we needed for our family of 3.
  The only complaint was the tenants above us our last night were very loud to 2:00 AM. Every number I tried, there was no answer.

  We havr stayed in this home two years in a row because we enjoyed it so much. It is right on the corner of the first floor and overlooks the pool and river. The patio is a great size as are the bedrooms. The living area offers plenty room to seat the whole family. Great place for a family of four! We’ll definitely be back!

  Only issue was parking; if a parking pass is given for outside parking there should be enough spots to accommodate the guest.

    Thank you for your review. When Inverness was originally built, it was set up for permanent residents. Unfortunately there are about 1.5 parking spaces for each unit. When the property is at full occupancy there is not enough parking. Overflow parking is available behind our office or at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce 2 blocks away. Glad that your family had a fabulous festivity!

  We had a great experience! We have been staying at the Inverness for five years now and have stayed in four different units now. This particular condo was decorated nicely with Texas decor. All the necessities for a week away from home were available as promised. Proximity to parking, the deck, the pool and river was great as this unit was located on the first floor. The balcony was probably the best part of the deal for morning coffee or evening river watching. We will most definitely try to rent this condo again!

  Our stay at River City Resorts was great. We come every year and stay in the same property. Everything is clean and the staff make sure the we are satisfied. Its a great location with the river right out your front door, Schlitterbaun Water Park right next door and a short walk back to the property after riding the river. It is so pretty and relaxing. Can't wait for our next visit!
