Inverness 101

Inverness 101 is a first-floor unit in an elevated 3-floor condominium complex that has both stairs and an elevator for easy access.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum.
Master Bedroom: King
2nd Bedroom: Queen
Livingroom: Sleeper Sofa.
Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more!

Inverness at New Braunfels is on prime Comal Riverfront property with a large common area deck overlooking the Comal River and property pool.
-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can jump in on property for a 20-minute float down to the last public exit, (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk 5 minutes back to the complex. Repeat for free all day long!
-A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to the Inverness private riverbank (about an hour and 45 minute float, make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) OR float passed Inverness to get out at the last public exit (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk back to Inverness (5min walk) for a 2 hour float!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Everyone in party must be 25 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive 6 wristbands (maximum occupancy) which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Inverness 101 is the only unit with a sign/marked parking spot in the middle lot while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis unmarked in the middle lot. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

Security guards are enforced on-premises to ensure only guests of Inverness are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces.

  The location was superb with the perfect place to set up on the lawn after floating and watch the kids play in the pool or jump in the river and grill for our group. The unit itself is outdated and could use a facelift. We stayed with a group of 3 condos and this was the only one not updated. It served it’s purpose but for the same price as the others, it was disappointing. The plumbing didn’t work well and you had to hold the handle to flush for about a minute. The parking garage is also terrible - our group had banged up cars from the tiered poles you couldn’t see the bottom of and the tiny space to maneuver. Overall it was a great stay because of the people we were with and the outdoor amenities!

  Inverness is a great place to stay in the middle of New Braunfels! It's close to everything you'll want to do, you're right on the Comal and the property is well set up, making it easy to get from your room to the patio to the water. Parking can be a challenge with a larger vehicle, but not a deal breaker.

  The only negative in regard to my experience with this rental is the parking. The assigned parking space for Inverness 101 is IMPOSSIBLE to get in and out of. It caused a bit of stress upon arrival because there were no available outdoor parking spaces. It would have been quite helpful, upon arrival, to have known that the parking was so limited and tight.

  Great location to schlitterbahn. Our unit#101 really needs renovation an lightening up inside. The parking is awful an I saw two people mess up gheir cars with those poles in the covered parking so may less spots or advertise for small cars.

  This is the best condo rental in the city. They provide tubes and you can do about an hour float and walk about two blocks back to your condo. You can also walk up to the tube shute which is also a couple blocks and do a 2-3 hour float and just get out at the condo to avoid the crowds at the public exit.

  The apartment was clean and had the perfect amount of furniture that was in very good shape for a rental property. The kitchen had everything needed to accomplish some cooking and serving of meals. Well kept appliances! Local outfitters provided transportation from condos to the park river chutes entry point for a very reasonable price enjoy entire river ride. Looking forward to next year as long as the city keeps the can ban away.
