Twin River Villas is located within walking distance of Schlitterbahn, Prince Solms Tube Chute, downtown New Braunfels and just a short drive to historic Gruene. This rental is perfect for a quiet getaway!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 8 guests maximum.

This 6-unit, two-building triplex can accommodate up to 40 guests, making Twin River Villas perfect for large family reunions, special events, and retreats. If you book all 6 units, we are happy to give you 15% off of each unit's rental rate. Please call our office for this special.

*While the Twin River Villas is NOT directly on the river, it is a prime location next to and within walking distance to the Comal/Guadalupe Rivers, and Schlitterbahn!*
-Walk with your tubes and cooler about 10 minutes to Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to the last public exit, corner of S Union and Lincoln St for about a 2 hour float! The walk back to Twin River Villas is about 12 minutes!
-A quick 10-minute walk down S. Union Ave to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Take a brisk 5-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent their tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill is only a 10-minute drive away!

Everyone in party must be 23 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed.

Pet-Friendly unit with the following fees:
$25/day
$60 Pet Cleaning fee (this is for interior ONLY and NOT picking up after the dog in yard)
(This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging, and unreported housetraining accidents.)
$500 Pet Deposit 7-10 business days after your departure refunded back to the cc on file with no damages or violations.
*If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to add it to the message when booking, so we can apply pet fees.

Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
This condo will receive 2 parking passes. Parking spots are unmarked and on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking is available across the street behind the Spud Ranch lot (make sure to ask/tell them) OR in the lot at the corner of N Union Ave and W. Commerce St. -about a 5-minute walk away from the complex.

  We stayed here for 2 months, while we awaited our home to be complete. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Can't beat the location, right across from the tube chute and downtown area. Walks with our dog were beautiful along the river. The place itself was a roomy 3 bedroom with a can't beat value! The place is older, so don't be afraid to make calls to maintenance who were quick to respond. The only downside is potentially who your neighbors will be and their demeanor and social etiquette or lack thereof! You are in a small area with 2 triplexes that share common spaces. Be prepared to hear ambulance sirens at all hours as there is an ambulance business right next to it! Oh and super loud mufflers and speedsters down this main road.

  We found Twin River Villas after our home in Geronimo was hit by a tornado on October 30. We had been staying in a motel for a few days and knew it was time to move on. When I first walked into the apartment I was so excited! It was beautiful! Furnished, kitchen area so nice and equipped, all on one level. I like how the property is arranged--private yet feels homey. Another wonderful feature is the availability of restaurants we can walk to, close to downtown also in walking distance. We feel so fortunate to be able to stay here while we are fixing our home!

  We stayed at the twin river villas condos. we had ourselves, my daughter and was probably the best place we have ever stayed at. the children had their own space, the babies were able to take their naps without being in the middle of what was going on. the convenience of the location was excellent. we had a store right next to the condos. we slept wonderfully!!! the beds were so comfortable. with small children, sometimes restaurants are hard to be at, but being able to cook, be comfortable and close to the Schlitterbahn, was wonderful!! I would highly recommend these condos to anyone that wants to be comfortable with a "home like" atmosphere. We will definitely stay there again.

  You can walk to the Comal river and Schlitterbahn from the condo. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. My only complaints are that we couldn't connect to wifi and the fold out couch was extremely uncomfortable. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable though.

  My husband, friends, and I were staying at Twin River Villas for Wurstfest. We selected the Villas because of its price during the event time and proximity to the grounds. At .9 miles to the grounds, its a little bit of a hike, but as most of it is along the river by the golf course leading up to the grounds, it was quiet pleasant. The duplex ground leave much to be desired. There is not much true common space, the patios are all open to one another, and it is right next door to a convenient store, but I feel that it was an appropriate trade off for location to the grounds in this case. The duplex was very clean and decently furnished. It was also much larger than what I had even anticipated, and would be well suited for an extended family vacation or 4-8 friends getting away for a weekend. The only true negative I could say is that while some amenities that the rep said would not be available were, others I did expect were not such as kitchen dish soap. I would definitely recommend the Villas for a New Braunfels getaway rental and would certainly check availability for next time we are planning a trip that way.
