Camp Warnecke C112 is a first-floor unit that sits on a bluff above the Comal River, has plenty of space and 2 beautiful balconies with amazing views.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 9 guests maximum.

Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more!
This condo has all the bells and whistles! You will not be disappointed with this well appointed waterfront condo. Enjoy your vacation overlooking the beautiful Comal River in this fully furnished condo. Offering granite countertops, 2 Flat Screen TVs, and all the comforts of home, this condo will exceed your expectations. Camp Warnecke is a well known property perched along the banks of the Comal River.
Property grills are located in between buildings and along gated roadside.

Camp Warnecke is on Comal Riverfront property with a Pool and Hot tub!
-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 3 minutes over down the right-hand side of the Garden Street Bridge, float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) to get out and repeat for free all day long!
-A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) for a 2 hour float!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive wristbands per maximum occupancy, which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked and covered parking spot while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

Security guards are enforced on premises to ensure only guests of Camp Warnecke are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces.

  The property was good, clean and and well maintained. I lost my pink paper parking tag during the thunderstorm that came through. I parked my vehicle directly under the condo carport located right in front of the property we were assigned. My license plate number, vehicle description and my name was listed on the application for the property. My vehicle was towed. $291.00 and a one hour round trip drive I had my vehicle back.

    We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the property and are sorry that your vehicle was towed. The HOA (not us) has hired "Will Towing" to monitor the parking lot of this complex and the tow truck drivers are simply looking for parking passes or the lack thereof, We let the guests know in every form of communication, that the parking passes (pink for this property) must be displayed on the front windshield and we have placed double sided tape on the top and the bottom of the parking tag so that the pass remains in place during the reservation. We would have gladly provided the guest with another tag had we been notified of the loss due to the storm.

  Our experience at this condo was amazing. It really made me feel like we were at home. We did not feel suffocated like hotels sometimes can due to the limited space. Our view of the river was great and made for a calming experience. Noise was not an issue. Only issue I had with our stay was the main entry door, it felt like that it would not be difficult to open using a little bit of force. I still highly recommended this place if your looking for a home away from home feel.

  The app that is supposed to give you your unit #, door code and wifi information was not updated and we had to call the after hours emergency # 3 times on check in day. The unit itself was great. Took 11 days to get the security deposit refunded.

    We extend our apologies in your check in experience. The door code is input after three things are completed, the renter's ID is submitted via secure email, the unit has been cleaned and the unit has a QC walkthrough to verify that it is ready for the guest. If any of the three has not been completed, the door code will not be released. We have already extended our apologies in regards to the delay in submitting the security deposit by a day (they are released 7-10 business days after departure as stated in the signed contract). The staff member that does refunds was out of the office with COVID.

  My husband and I came to New Braunfels to visit our son and his family. This condo wss the perfect place to stay while we were in town. The location is very convenient, and the view of the river is beautifuL! The condo is nicely decorated and comes with a well stocked kitchen. The back porch was a nice place to sit and drink coffee in the mornings and watch the floaters in the afternoons. We only used one of the bedrooms, but the extra space was nice to have.

  We really liked this condo unit. We were right on the Comal river. Because of Covid, the city parks we’re closed but we were able to use our own tubes and float. Overall the condo has everything we needed. I would recommend a new master bedroom mattress. It is super soft. Some may like this. My wife does not. She slept on the pull out couch. Overall a great location. Close to downtown and to Guene.

  We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was perfect for tubing the river. There is a public entrance right across the street for a short float or head next door to a river outfitter that takes you up the river for a longer float 21/2 hours approx. Schlitterbahn is right across the street. It was wonderful sitting on the patio and watching all the animals. Deer came right up to our patio. I would definitely consider this location again. The property is showing some age. Some of the items it said it didn’t have, it did so i brought items that were unnecessary. Definitely need to pay attention to the emails they send on what to bring. The app was great but for some reason it didn’t alert me to a new message.

  Absolutly perfect! The rental was beautiful and everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the linens soft. The patio was a big plus especially with the view. Its located near the end of the chute before the public exit so you can get off at it's own private access. I'd recommend getting a shuttle since pick ups are right across the street which is a major plus. They will take you right back to the beginning. You can refill your cooler and grab a bite to eat at your rental and keep on tubing. Management was amazing to work with and answered any questions I had. We will definitely be staying with River City Resorts again. Thank you for the perfect play to stay!

We LOVE seeing our guests floating down the Comal River in our free tubes! Camp Warnecke HOA this summer implemented the 2 parking spaces for all condos no matter the number of bedrooms as there is already limited parking. River City Resorts is just following the HOA rules, but we do allow overflow parking in our parking lot. We hope to see you next year!

  Stay at Camp Warneke almost every year for large family vacation renting multiple units. This is the best location with fronting the Comal and Schlitterbahn across the street. You can relax on the patio with your morning coffee watching the deer and birds & Squirrels. The condo was very comfortable and had everything you needed for meals, etc. Just wish they had a service to take you and your tubes to the chutes. Floating back to the condo is awesome. Everything was clean except we had twin crawlers and their knees and feet were filthy the first 15 minutes we were there. Floors should be mopped in between guests. Love this property and will be back!

    Camp Warnecke is one of the best locations for floating the Comal & playing at Schlitterbahn! We offer free inner tubes to any of our guests that stay with River City Resorts (no we don't manage all of Camp Warnecke) as a courtesy. We do not offer shuttle service as that is a whole different business in New Braunfels! Our housekeepers do mop in between guests, however, due to the nature of the Camp Warnecke's black top parking lot, as guests are emptying their cars residue is brought back into the units.   We stayed at this condo for two months and couldn't be happier with our accomodations as the condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect as we could walk to downtown where there were many great restaurants. Great view of the Comal River from the patio.

  The place is excellent with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a beautiful patio overlooking the Comal River. The staff was great. The only drawback was that the bed in the master bedroom seemed old and it needs to be replaced with a more comfortable modern day bed.

  It is a wonderful location for quick access to Schlitterbahn. We enjoyed the nice large, covered patio overlooking the Comal River. It is an older condo community but the unit has been well maintained and was very clean. Covered parking right at your door step is wonderful, especially since we dealt with rain every day during our stay. Very quiet and calm community. Definitely would stay here again.

  We loved our condo, we had everything we needed. Two things that need updating are the cushions on the sofa & the queen bee in the front bedroom. The company that makes that sofa offers a lifetime warranty if it was purchased new, the bed was very uncomfortable when trying to sleep 2 people. But we had a great time anyway, always love the location. The staff at RCR was great too esp Georgia! We will b back next year : )
