Inverness 211 is a second-floor unit in the second building of an elevated 3-floor condominium complex that has both stairs and an elevator for easy access.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum.

Nice unit, recently remodeled, fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more! Inverness 211 does not offer WiFi, who needs wifi with a location this great!?

Inverness at New Braunfels is on prime Comal Riverfront property with a large common area deck overlooking the Comal River and property pool.
-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can jump in on property for a 20-minute float down to the last public exit, (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk 5 minutes back to the complex. Repeat for free all day long!
-A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to the Inverness private riverbank (about an hour and 45 minute float, make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) OR float passed Inverness to get out at the last public exit (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk back to Inverness (5min walk) for a 2 hour float!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Everyone in party must be 25 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive 6 wristbands (maximum occupancy) which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked parking spot under the complex building while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the middle lot. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

Security guards are enforced on-premises to ensure only guests of Inverness are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces.

Plenty of room for us 3 and location works great for the amount of time we like to spend on the river. Its a nice hour and a half float and then when you exit its a short walk back to the property. Perfect for us!

  The condo was in a great location! Walking distance to New Braunfels Town Centre. Very close to many friends that came down as well. 2 Friends were next door to us, which was great! Property was very well maintained. Thought the owner could have included better kitchen utensils, dishes (some were chipped), glasses (only 2 wine glasses)and odds and sods. We felt these could be purchased for a reasonable cost at a Dollar store. That's the only reason we didn't give it a full 5 stars. Great service from Management! Our coffee maker stopped working and within a very short time, a new one appeared! The reservation process was very convenient and easy.
  I would definitely recommend this property! It's a great Location! Located between Stan Antonio and San Marcos Outlet Mall! Great shopping! Great golfing nearby! Great Restaurants in the area. Went to Gruene Dance Hall, Gristmill and many other restaurants and Points of Interest!

  The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated nicely!! It’s a great location! Across the street from the waterpark and a five minute walk from the Comal River exit. Only negative I have, is I’m glad I didn’t have 6 people staying. When I hear “sleeper sofa” I think of a couch with a pullout bed...but these couches did not have that. Also the mattress’s are so noisy, you can’t get up without your significant other hearing you. Even though, I still recommend this condo and will be returning!

  A cute condo right on the Comal River and within walking distance to Schlitterbahn. Location is perfect. Pool was clean and the perfect temperature. The condo does have a musty smell that hits you as soon as you enter the door. Also, the laminate flooring is coming up in front of the second bathroom indicating there may have been some water issues. The TV in the primary bedroom does not work and there is no WIFI. Having no WIFI was known and stated prior to renting, but then we were sent a WIFI username and password, which didn't work. It seems that WIFI could be available. For the rate charged, this property should offer WIFI. Overall, the condo is very nice. The main concern was with the musty smell and flooring issue. Because of this, I would not recommend this property to a friend.

    Thank you for your review as honest reviews allow us to enhance our services to our guests. The homeowner is aware of the floor boards buckling in front of the guest bedroom and states that is is due to the changes when it is humid in New Braunfels. We will send housekeeping and maintenance over to check for the "musty" smell which has not been reported before. Maintenance would have been sent out to fix the tv in the master had guests notified the office. We have no reply to in regards to the fact that guest was aware that there was no wifi provided when she booked the unit and then is upset when the the wifi not working during the reservation. We appreciate the 5's for our services and the property location and the 4's for cleanliness and overall satisfaction.

  It was a great place to rent and the location was awesome. Needed tubes and the owner herself came and brought them. Only suggestions I have is to have more coffee cups, there were only 2 and we were 5 adults and once child. Also, more blankets.

  Great location, right on the river. The rental had a few issues— older tub, floor bubbling in places, but in general was very nice. Grounds well kept, saw security frequently. Having tubes brought to us was very helpful!!

    We are glad that you had a great time! Inverness and all properties in New Braunfels are very strict on "visitors" as many renters invite "guests" over to visit. No properties in New Braunfels allow "guests" over the occupancy of the unit.

  The unit itself,noisy unlevel warps floors,door to a bedroom that would not shut, unless full force slam,then wake up everyone,washing machine that did not work or get repaired till last day there. Was disappointing, cause always enjoy staying at the inverness,and this unit of the 3 we rented,the most expensive, hoped for some kind of compensation, but none,hopefully repairs will happen,before next year. We love this place.

  This is a great location and nice room but the security staff were over the top this year. They let drunk sluts sing karaoke outside all day and pretend to have sex with floats but wouldn’t let little kids jump off the dock. Then we couldn’t even sit outside on the deck after 10 without being harassed. We have been holding our well behaved family reunion here every year and every year the security treats us worse. For the amount of money these units cost I expect to be left alone to responsibly enjoy my trip!!!

  We had a great time and everything was great in condo 211. We loved the locations of being right on the water. We grilled fajitas one night and watched the tubers pass by. Another afternoon we laid on the chaise loungers down by the water. The location was great and waking distance to park, Pats Place, public exit for tubers and the beds were comfy. We will be booking this one again.
