Water Wheel L301 is a third-floor, fully upgraded unit with stairs and an elevator, offering plenty of space and a private balcony.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum.

Livingroom: Sleeper Sofa
Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more!
Property grills are located down the green area with picnic tables going down toward the second pool and Guadalupe River access.

Water Wheel Resort Condominiums sits on Guadalupe Riverfront property with 2 Pools and 4 Hot tubs!
-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Guadalupe River you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 5 minutes over to River Acres Parks off of the Common Street Bridge, get in, and float down to the private Water Wheel Resort riverbank (make sure you’re wearing the property specific wristband!) and repeat for free all day long!
-Take advantage of the beautiful green area on property, bring some lawn chairs to sit and have a day on the riverbank with the convenience of staying on property for lunch and bathroom breaks.
-A quick 10-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
- Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to the last public exit (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) About a 2 hour float! Walk back to Water Wheel about 15 minutes!
--Take a brisk 20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Places we recommend that are within a 10-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Everyone in party must be 25 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. Pet-friendly unit with additional fees.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive wristbands per maximum occupancy, which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked parking spot close to the front door of the condo while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is first-come, first-served on Mather St. running parallel to the condo complex.

Security guards are enforced on premises to ensure only guests of Water Wheel are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces.

  We had an excellent time. The facility was very nice and centrally located. Loved being close enough to walk to the river. Condo was very nice, very clean and very modern. I probably would rent a different unit next time because the bunk beds didn't work for us and they could have used ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We would definitely be back to this resort!

  We enjoyed the unit very much. The bed were comfortable, the condo itself was very roomy, the 2nd bedroom is set up very well to accommodate children and adults. Everything is updated and the furnishings were great.
  Complaints would be lack of toiletries provided. We’ve stayed in different units in the complex and were provided with shampoo, conditioner and more soap, this unit didn’t provide shampoo or conditioner and only 1 small bar of soap per bathroom. With multiple people using each bathroom the soap provided wasn’t sufficient. The water pressure in the showers also needs to be addressed.
  
  Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay in this unit again.

    We are glad that you enjoyed the unit! All of the condos out at Waterwheel are individually owned and managed by different vacation property managers. Different companies and or owners place in different toiletry items. 2 days prior to a guests' arrival, we send out an email with suggested items to bring and toiletries is on that list. We will send out maintenance to look into the water pressure and appreciate you letting us know about the issue.

  The place was really nice, very clean, and well kept. Nice location, right on the river with nice pools as well. However, I wish there were more cleaning supplies and towels in order to do dishes and laundry. It was stated to bring your own laundry, but didn’t find that out till we arrived.
