  Rental was clean and very spacious. The large lower balcony was great for eating lunch while relaxing and watching tubers float by. We will 100% be trying to get this unit for our next trip!

  The condo was very clean. The AC was very cold too! The beds were very comfortable. You can access the comal River from the property so that was a huge bonus! The bed in the couch is not comfortable unless bring a blow up mattress if you have 4 or more guest. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely go back!

  Camp Warnecke estates has vacation rental properties which are owned by different owners. The property has nice amenities, private river access, hot tub, gated parking lot with one covered parking spot per unit, and swimming pool.
  This condo C214 has an updated kitchen and new flooring on the bottom level. The den is roomy and a nice gathering spot. The downstairs 1/2 bath is similar in size to a phone booth and located with the door opening into the dining area.
  The carpet on the stairs and upstairs looks stained and maybe the original carpet? Also, the carpet must be the origin of the moldy musty smell upstairs. Not much has been done to update the bathrooms in the condo and the patios were dirty and the windows overlooking the river were dirty.
  The complex is wonderful and close enough to walk to town. I would stay in the complex again, but do more research and find a more updated unit.
