T-Bar-M 405 is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum.

This gorgeous condo has a full kitchen, access to tennis courts, swimming, and grills by pool area. Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, and only minutes from the Comal/Guadalupe Rivers and Schlitterbahn. T Bar M Ranch is conveniently located only minutes from New Braunfels' charming downtown district, dancing and dining in historic Gruene, splashing at world famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark and tubing down the crystal blue waters of the Comal River.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.

Pet-Friendly unit with the following fees: 2 pets max.
$25/day/pet
$60 Pet Cleaning fee (this is for interior ONLY and NOT picking up after the dog in yard)
(This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging, and unreported housetraining accidents.)
$500 Pet Deposit 7-10 business days after your departure refunded back to the cc on file with no damages or violations.

  We stayed with River City to enjoy a weekend at the John newcomb ranch next door. Fabulous weekend with the host being very accomodating to enable our fun weekend, including some flexibility for check out so we could get showered before hitting the road Sunday. We also had some minor electrical equipment issues come up and the host was very responsive to help us get things ironed out so we didn’t have any issues. Overall, condo was just as advertised and very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone coming to town to visit Newks. We’ll be back!!

  The condo was lovely and mainly in good condition. There was a water leak in the closet ceiling which was reported.

  We gathered with others from our family for a reunion. We enjoyed our condo since it was clean and cute. There were enough supplies and appliances for us to feel comfortable. We loved the idea of all of us gathering at the pool to visit and/or swim. Thank you for allowing us these memories. I do wish there was a bathroom at the swimming pool.
  Another concern I had that others in our party mentioned also was that there was no warning that the last payment was put on our credit card. It seems there would be some type was message a few days before the charge would be put on our card. I was not the only one concerned about this situation.

It's made clear in a few different places during the booking process as well as in your signed rental lease agreement. We're sorry about any concerns or confusion this may have brought.   This was fantastic stay, so much so, I am even considering to return. The small management company was spectacular unlike so many you get other places. I needed a few months to complete a job doing regionally, so I could drive the country roads toward San Antonio and not awful dangerous Interstate. But moreso, the unit was quiet. Not walkable to any amenities like cafes or restaurants, but grounds were pretty and serene, with deer. I had to replace an expired credit card and the management company not only received it at their office address; but employee courtesy dropped it off to me on her way home. You definitely need a car to be here; but if OK with that, a Starbucks is nearby and grocery, and restaurants. So too is Canyon Lake and old town New Braunfels. Swimming pool was great too, used daily. Masster bedroom window would not stay up, but a little maintenance would fix that for fresh air off the woods behind. I may have stayed longer teleworking, but rates go up in high season. WiFi worked well, but TV was too confusing for me.
