Inverness 111 is a first-floor unit in the second building of an elevated 3-floor condominium complex that has both stairs and an elevator for easy access.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum.
Master Bedroom: Queen
2nd Bedroom: Queen
Livingroom: Sleeper Sofa.
Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more!

Inverness at New Braunfels is on prime Comal Riverfront property with a large common area deck overlooking the Comal River and property pool.
-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can jump in on property for a 20-minute float down to the last public exit, (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk 5 minutes back to the complex. Repeat for free all day long!
-A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to the Inverness private riverbank (about an hour and 45 minute float, make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) OR float passed Inverness to get out at the last public exit (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk back to Inverness (5min walk) for a 2 hour float!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Everyone in party must be 25 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive 6 wristbands (maximum occupancy) which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked parking spot under the complex building while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the middle lot. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

Security guards are enforced on-premises to ensure only guests of Inverness are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces.

  We celebrated a birthday and it was perfect. Right on the water so we could float and dock up to eat lunch. The free tubes were great, not easy to get and give back unless you have a big truck. We used corner tubes to be shuttles to the river and it worked out great because they picked us up.

  Nice but pricy
  It’s in a good location, it’s very clean and is as described. The covered parking is hard if you are driving a large vehicle or truck due to the columns that are staged in various spots, some of them right in front of the parking space that is assigned to the unit that you are staying in. I don’t think that I will stay there again due to the fact that the cost is not worth the stay. The fees that are tacked on or too high. They did give us free rental on the tube rental though. I’m not sure why they charge $90.00 to clean the rental when it just as clean as it was when we rented it minus washing the linens. Plus all of the proses fees and charge fees and whatever else was tacked on. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend due to the high cost and it be just an average place to stay for what you are getting.

Waterfront property is more expensive than property in which you have to walk to the river. We have other less expensive properties that of course have less amenities.   We have stayed at Inverness many times! Rio City Resorts made it so easy to check in and out...and we got in early! Our unit #111 was clean, well organized,and well stocked. The furnishings were nice as was the kitchen. The beds were soooo comfortable! Great view of the river from our balcony and easy to float the river and get out right at our room. We will definitely be back!

  My family loved this place. The pool was nice, great location and comfortable clean rooms! We were able to walk right to Schiltterbahn one day and loved getting in and floating the river from the Inverness. The exit is just a block away. Will want to stay here again!

  The room was perfect. The only downfall is the location. We had to walk a few miles with the tubes to float the river.Also parking was very limited,even with the parking passes.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We just wanted to offer some helpful information in case you come to float again! There are some shuttle companies that you can contact if you do not want to walk to the entrance of the Comal River, however in our experience it should only be about a 10 -15 minute walk to the entrance from Inverness and about a 2 1/2 - 3 hour float! We also offer free tube rentals in case you want to take advantage of our tube rentals. So there are a couple of different options for getting to & from the river. Hope you enjoyed your overall stay & we are so glad you came!

  Very nice place. I think the only thing that I thought was not very good was parking. If you drive a big truck it would have been hard to park. I would like to see some darker blinds in our room. We stayed in the room that had the hallway window
