It is a corner sitting unit nearest the elevators for easy access to & from your vacation's activities! It comes equipped with all the makings of a great vacation. The fully furnished rental also includes linens, cookware, washer/dryer, TV's, WIFI, a wine fridge & more. The common area has a large deck and swimming pool. Enjoy easy river access for fishing, swimming and tubing plus you can explore downtown New Braunfels, Gruene, Schlitterbahn and other activities this area has to offer.

There is a private access into the Comal River directly from this property and Schlitterbahn Waterpark is just across the street!

  Fabulous place that I would definitely recommend! Very clean. Very helpful to have the pool for water fun-especially when my some of the people in our group didn't want to go to river but wanted to enjoy outside activities. Outside covered picnic tables made it easy to eat lunch and play games and be outside all day. Definitely recommend and we will return again!

  Everything was very clean. The condo was incredibly easy to access. The pool was warm and relaxing. There are plenty of grills to use and never hard trouble finding one available. The river access is ideal as the entrance/exit is a little more than halfway through. We got out to refill our drinks and grab a snack then went right back in. Wish the free tubes came with transportation. Getting to and from the paid places is a little difficult. The condo was quiet and we never had an issue with noise, but it got pretty toasty inside as they don’t want you to turn down the air. A few lights were out in the hallways and stairwells making it very dark. All these were very minor issues during a lovely stay, but the HOA parking guard is absurd. I called and spoke with the management company and they were super friendly and nice about the problem. Guests get 2 parking passes, one covered/one uncovered. The passes are in the unit and when you first go in you pick them up and then go put them on your vehicle. Well the guard was stopping cars at the entrance saying If they parked without the pass she would tow their vehicle. This is illogical. It’s a lot of other things as well, but ILLOGICAL. if the passes are upstairs and you’re stopping people at the front entrance threatening them......people have to park and go up stairs to get their passes. I tried explaining this to her but the concept was lost. I don’t break rules. I don’t want my car towed. And I don’t want to be harassed immediately upon checking in. Other than this one over zealous woman the stay was very nice, and we will be back. The management company is superb.

  Everything was great! The room was updated and clean and had everything we needed.
  The staff at check-in and check out was friendly, and answered all of our questions.
  The only negative thing I would say is to not count on using the pull out bed from the couch. We had six people staying in the room, and 2 were to sleep on the couch bed. The "head" of the bed was folded over so you can't even lay your head on it. We ended up going to the store to buy an air mattress after the first night. Other than that, it was awesome!!!!

  We all had a great time as there were numerous families with small children the host opted for condos which turned out to be awesome. The Inverness condos were centrally located and on the river which provided a great view. Recent flooding made the pool/hot tub inoperable but who cares as we were there for Wurstfest. The staff at River City Resorts were very courteous and professional and the condo was clean and quite large. Way better than a cramped hotel room. The only nitpicking is the lack of wireless. We had to drive to Starbucks to log into work. I know work while on vacation but what can you do? The kids had a great time playing on the common grounds, the meal delivery service was nice, and beds comfy, the kitchen well stocked with utensils, and easy access to all attractions made the condos a winner.
