Camp Warnecke B210 has stairs immediately opening the front door, walk up the indoor staircase to access the second-floor, one level unit with a beautiful balcony and view of the Comal River.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 8 guests maximum.
Master Bedroom: King
2nd Bedroom: 2 Doubles
Livingroom: Sleeper Sofa.

Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more!
Property grills are located in between buildings and along gated roadside.

Camp Warnecke is on Comal Riverfront property with a Pool and Hot tub!
-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 3 minutes over down the right-hand side of the Garden Street Bridge, float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) to get out and repeat for free all day long!
-A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) for a 2 hour float!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Everyone in party must be 25 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive wristbands per maximum occupancy, which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked and covered parking spot while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

Security guards are enforced on premises to ensure only guests of Camp Warnecke are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces.

  Condo is very well appointed with ability to cook and serve eight people. Very good location on the river and close to the pool and across the street from Schlitterbahn. A public entrance to the river is available across the street as well toward the opposite direction of Schlitterbahn if you use your own tubes for about an hour plus river ride back to the camp warnecke exit.
  
  Room for improvement is that the balcony flooring needs a major cleaning as it is filthy. Also, the large skillet needs replacing or maybe even adding a griddle to fix breakfast for a larger crowd would be nice. The wristbands that are paper and flimsy should probably be replaced with something more like a silicone band to reuse as ours was very tattered and torn for a trip from Thursday through Tuesday for most of us. We had several adult children coming from different directions so they all had to park at the Chamber of Commerce parking. It was closer to an 8-10 minute walk just as an FYI.

We can easily replace the large skillet and discuss with the owner buying a nice griddle. The wristbands used to be silicone but the new HOA has changed them back to paper. Unfortunately, wristbands as well as parking is not something we have much control over. We'd love to host you in the future and value your feedback!

  Camp Warnecke B210 Condo. Very clean, nicely appoointed. Perfect for our family vacation on th Comal. 2B2B sleeps 8. The double beds are actually doubles, not queens. Our balcony had a great view of the river. The pool was crystal clear and the hot tub...not so hot on a summer day. We usually stay at Opas Haus, but CW is in a prime location too...but has all the amenities you dont get with a house.

  Instructions were easy to follow. Location is perfect. The pool on site was very clean. Condo floors needed a mop and the patio a good scrub. Beds were comfy although the furniture dated. A great spot especially for a family.
  To see the trash along the river bank was a bit sad. And the places where people dumped charcoal from pits. HOA needs to tidy the river area because this is the main attraction! And a true Texas treasure.

  We have been coming to New Braunsfels since we were kids. Now we take our own kids and they love it as much as we did at their age. Camp Warneke is the perfect place, centrally located to what we like to do. We have stayed in the same condo B210 for 3 different years. It is an awesome place. I will be coming back next year too!!!The only thing that I might change is updated kitchen pots and pans. We brought our own electric skillet. Other than that, it was perfect!!

  Had a great experience at Camp Warnecke in June 2018. Although it was disappointing to have the can ban in effect, there's a great 30 minute float just a 2 minute walk from the condo that will take you all the way back to the private entrance on the Camp Warnecke property. We probably did that float four times, including a night float. There were two bathrooms and an in-unit washer dryer, which was great for the seven people we had. Great people watching from the balcony. Only downside was that it was difficult to get tubes to our property, but the property manager was nice enough to help drop them off at the beginning (we had to get them back on our own). Check in is NOT at the property, so make sure you know that location beforehand!

  Clean upstairs unit directly across from Schlitterbahn (New park, not old) with direct access to Comal River. Unit was clean and moderately updated. Linens and consumables were of average quality (hopefully enough reviewers make that comment and the owners/mgt company will upgrade towels, linens, and toilet paper). Coffemaker didn't work either - had to drive to the mgt company to get a replacement. For the price paid ($500+ per night) I honestly expected more.

  Across the street from the newer section of Schlitterbahn. Nice upstairs balcony view of the Comal River. Kitchen appliances look to be newly updated as do the hallway shower and toilet. Steps from the pool. Covered parking for one vehicle, some other spots are in the shade. Mattresses in back bedroom need to be replaced as they lean to one side and you lie in a depression. Other than that, we were comfortable here and enjoyed ourselves.

  As usual had a very nice stay. Lots of golf and adventures. The one problem I have/had was with the hot tub. It failed a couple of times and the repairs took a week to two weeks. This is my fifth year staying in this condo and I plan to return again next year.
