Camp Warnecke B212 has stairs immediately opening the front door, walk up the indoor staircase to access the second-floor, one level unit with a beautiful balcony and view of the Comal River.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 8 guests maximum.
Master Bedroom: King
2nd Bedroom: Queen and Twin + Twin Trundle
Livingroom: Sleeper Sofa

Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more!
Property grills are located in between buildings and along gated roadside.

Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental!

Camp Warnecke is on Comal Riverfront property with a Pool and Hot tub!
-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 3 minutes over down the right-hand side of the Garden Street Bridge, float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) to get out and repeat for free all day long!
-A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) for a 2 hour float!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive wristbands per maximum occupancy, which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked and covered parking spot while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

Security guards are enforced on premises to ensure only guests of Camp Warnecke are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces.

  We had such a great time at Camp Warnecke. The condo was updated, extremely clean and the staff were so accommodating. The location is fantastic and even though the complex is older, it is beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great weekend get away and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests we had!

  We did not visit during the summer but this is still a great off season location. Kitchen is filled with plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Silverware need some restocking but cooking utensils seem to be plentiful. Covered parking, walk right out to tubing, Schlitterbahn is across the street, close to restaurants and shopping. Balcony could be larger but is a great place to sit and watch the deer up close! The place appears to be recently redone with new appliances! Maybe needs new sheets (one had a hole) towels are a little rough, Every bed needs a new mattress! Easy check in, you have to be sure to call to check out and not be charged.

    Just a few weeks offseason is the PERFECT time to float! We will make sure to find the sheet that had a hole in it and remove it from the linen pool. We appreciate either texting or calling at check out to verify guest's departure so that housekeeping now has access to clean. Camp Warnecke has been recently updated and has a gorgeous kitchen and Master bath!

  Location was great and convenient. Would suggest to take everything inside as items were stolen in front of property door. If staying for longer than a day or two I would suggest bringing something for the bed as it is hard on the back.
