  Lovely updated condo. Easy check-in instructions and no issues while there. All other guests were friendly and nobody was too loud. Location is very close to river with a short walk to access it for tubing. Schlitterbahn is across the street. Would stay again!

  Highly recommend staying here! Super clean, nice furnishings, easy check-in and check-out! We purchased tubes at Academy in San Marcos, walked about 17 minutes to Prince Solms Park, and floated back to Camp Warnecke - super easy!

  Nice location for floating on the Comal River and visiting Schlitterbahn. Short walk to the "new" section and a longer walk to the staring point of the Comal. Nice part is you can exit the river at the condo.
