Camp Warnecke C106 is a first-floor unit that sits on a bluff above the Comal River, with plenty of space and 2 beautiful balconies with amazing views.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 8 guests maximum.

Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more!
Property grills are located in between buildings and along gated roadside.

Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental!

Camp Warnecke is on Comal Riverfront property with a Pool and Hot tub!
-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 3 minutes over down the right-hand side of the Garden Street Bridge, float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) to get out and repeat for free all day long!
-A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) for a 2 hour float!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive wristbands per maximum occupancy, which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked and covered parking spot while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

Security guards are enforced on premises to ensure only guests of Camp Warnecke are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces.

    Location was perfect for access to both the river floating and water park. 15 minute walk with provided tubes to the public entry point. Float time was about 2-2.5 hours and you can get out at private access just downhill from unit. Pool and hot tub a couple minute walk from front door. Schlitterbahn access through VIP parking straight across the street was super quick - just make sure to have your tickets on your phone - 2 day pass was best deal. Unit was clean and accommodated 7 easily. No BBQ grill utensils so bring your own - I grilled one night and made due. Overall great stay and would book again.

    Great location. Property Managers were awesome from the time we drove in. We had at least one parking spot directly in front of our rental. We were able to walk directly down stairs to hang around and a short trip over to Landing float launch with a private exit shortly before the public exit. Therefore being able to float the entire 3hrs before exiting. We enjoyed the patio with a view of the river and entertaining floaters and tubes provided with the rental. Cable for those who wanted to stay in and plenty of outside seating for those who lounged outside. Definitely saved as a favorite. Condo was clean and well equipped with everything needed. Great experience!

    Located at the end of the Comal, it’s the perfect spot to be. We walk to the entrance and then at the end, we just hop up the ladder and we’re home. It really allows you to relax. Beautiful views and deer are seen from the first level patio. It’s our third year in a row and we hope to stay there again next year.

    Unit was somewhat dated but clean. Kitchen would benefit from a large pot. Had to buy one. Pool code was a mystery and seemed not to work. Great location for tubing. Children couldn't wear the ID tags as their wrists were too small and tags would fall off.

    We took a family vacation and wanted to be close to the river. We couldn’t of found a better location. The condo was the right size and well equipped. We took advantage of being able to get out of the river and walk up the steps to our condo as well as playing around in the pool. In the mornings it was nice to go out onto the patio and watch the deer feed close to us. Our daughter even hand fed one of deer. We’ll definitely be back!!!

    The place has a relaxing patio with an excellent view of the river and three good sized bedrooms w/ extra bedding. Only downer was a an oven that doesn’t alert you when it’s at it’s set temperature, an empty salt shaker and no coffee filters. Minimum basic kitchen supplies should be included. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Bring extra trash bags and bathroom spray. I would stay again.

    Location, location, location. You cannot beat it. This first floor condo is on the first floor with a premium view of the river. Beds are very comfortable. Unit is dated but nice. Go after Labor Day and before Memorial Day for a quiet peaceful time by the river and float with NO crowds. Great shopping in New Braunfels and Gruene. River City Resorts is a very responsive leasing co. Thank you Dinah! Tubes come with the rental!

    The unit is intrinsically wonderful. Well designed and easily able to accommodate 8. Some things could be improved. Probably the most important for us was the air conditioning. It was very difficult to adjust the temperature in the individual rooms since we had some snorers/babies and opening/closing doors/vents was not sufficient. Other shortcomings: too few washcloths, dull knives, unsecured dishwasher. It rained most of Monday and sitting on the deck was a delightful alternative to Schlitterbahn.

    Our condo was in a great locaton directly across the street from Schlitterbahn and had a great view of the river. The furniture was a bit dated and sleeper sofa not in the best condition. Everything we needed for cooking was availabe so I would say the kitchen was well equipped. My biggest complaint is that our reservation went through Wed after Labor Day and the pool was closed on Tuesday.

We apologize for any inconvenience to your stay, however, Tuesday is the perfect, quiet and uncrowded day to play in the beautiful Comal River right outside your door!     Condo was in good shape and very clean. Small kids loved the improved pool and hot tub. Location on river is at the end of the Comal float which is very convenient

    We stay in this area every year. Security presence was up this year. They were checking armbands at the pool and river access. Condo was clean and nice. We were short on toilet paper and garbage bags. Master Bed was comfortable. 2nd and 3rd beds were less desirable. Sliding Glass doors slid easily. My family stayed in C108 and could barely get the back door open. View and location was excellent. Had a good time and would return again.
