Camp Warnecke C218 is a second-floor/2-story unit with plenty of space and 2 beautiful balconies with amazing views.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 8 guests maximum.

2nd Bedroom: 2 Full
Livingroom: Sleeper Sofa

Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more!
Property grills are located in between buildings and along gated roadside.

Camp Warnecke is on Comal Riverfront property with a Pool and Hot tub!
-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 3 minutes over down the right-hand side of the Garden Street Bridge, float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) to get out and repeat for free all day long!
-A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) for a 2 hour float!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Everyone in party must be 25 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive wristbands per maximum occupancy, which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked and covered parking spot while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

Security guards are enforced on premises to ensure only guests of Camp Warnecke are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces.

  Condo is clean, comfy, updated and well-furnished. Two balconies overlooking the river. The entrance is on the second level the unit is two stories so keep that in mind if stairs are an issue for you. 2 bed, 2 bath upstairs and living, kitchen and half bath downstairs. Location is perfect for getting around town. River City Resorts was a pleasure to book through.

  Beautifully decorated condo, very clean. Air conditioning worked great- stayed nice and cool the whole time. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the rocking chairs on the patio. Location was great! This condo entrance is on the second floor, for those who have problems with stairs. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. No tv in the second bedroom, which made those occupants sad. Updated appliances. Loved the Ryson City Resorts app- so easy to check in and very informative. The only problem we had was it rained in the dining room from the ceiling while we showered. There were water stains in the ceiling, so it looked like it was an ongoing issue. Property Management addressed it right away (and were awesome enough to bring us a blanket for the sofa bed.)- they said the a/c drain lines and shower drain lines were combined, and to pinpoint if this was the issue, we had to turn off the a/c, and shower one at a time. Unfortunately it didn’t work, so we were unable to use the second shower. And did I mention the sink? There’s the cutest little tiny sink in the half bath... just don’t turn the water on high. 😂

  The condo was lovely, had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean and well kept. The location was perfect, short walk from the river exit, which made walking in wet suits doable. Schlitterbahn is across the street, not a bad walk to the entrance. The condo has a nice pool, was a bit of a walk since the condo is on the very end, but not bad. Enjoyed our stay!

  We go to Camp Warnecke every year with our 4 grandchildren. We love tubing the river with them . The tube chute is a favorite and we tube the river 2 or 3 times a day. We also tube the Guadalupe and go to Sam Marcos and tube the river there. It is a special time for us.
  A big advantage of Camp Warnecke is that we can walk to where the tubing starts and the take out is just past the condo, so we can get out at Camp Warnecke and do not have to shuttle back to where we are staying.
  We also spend an afternoon in Gruene, a charming town nearby. So many things to do in a wonderful place. We highly recommend Camp Warnecke in New Braunfels for a family getaway.

  We loved our stay in this newly updated condo unit! The location was fun and close to everything. The kids beds were new. The master bed looked lovely, but the mattress needs to be replaced unless you like to sink in the middle. The foam cover on top did help a bit though. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

  This was our second time to stay at the Camp Warnecke condos. The condo had a very nice spacious living area that was great for the family to enjoy. The upstairs was a little warm during the day and there was no patio furniture for the upstairs patio. The downstairs patio did have a mix match of furniture but the view was nice.

  We thought this place was great! Although it was right next to a river exit where tubers come out, it wasn't loud. Great patios. Great views of the river and trees. Sheets smelled like men's cologne. So we washed the sheets. Front door had a loose knob so I tightened that with a tool from my key chain. Plenty of room. Plenty of bathrooms. Only four of us were there.

  It was large enough and well furnished to afford us good family time on the porch. This unit gave us a gathering place for the whole family. All the stair climbing kept us fit. On the down side: could have been cleaner (this was an issue with all the condos we rented) and even though there were plenty of pillows, there were only 2 cases! Wish our daughter had told us that the first day we were there and not the last. I did report the small sink in the powder room with a leak to management.
