  We enjoyed the condo at T bar M. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 children. I really liked how the kids' bedrooms were upstairs. We enjoyed walking around the property and saw several deer. The condo was clean and had good basic items in the kitchen.

  We had a great time but there were a few things that stuck out to us. The couches are filthy and really need to be cleaned. They were a bit gross to sit on and the arms are caked with dirt. The AC cannot be turned down under 72 degrees. If the system had the correct amount of refrigerant this should not be an issue. I am guessing that it is R22 and given the cost the owner has decided to forego filling it up. With proper maintenance even old systems can run great on cooler temps. There were numerous previous water leaks that look like they were not fixed properly. There is clearly mold behind the drywall that should be removed and properly repaired. The ones in the downstairs shower and closet are pretty gross to look at. The place itself on a whole is great, loved the pool and loved the deer. I would totally stay again if a bit of repair and maintenance was put into the unit. Per the last question below, I would recommend but let them know the drawbacks.

    Thank you for providing us with your feedback. The sofas in that unit have been addressed by professional cleaners and it is the wear of that particular micro-suede fabric that makes them appear as they do. It is standard with EVERY unit that we manage that the AC's are not turned down below 72 degrees as they can freeze up with the temp is 103. We will bring your other concerns to the owner.

  This property was so cheaply priced I thought surely something would be wrong when we showed up. There wasn't though, it was and well kept. If you have older kids (probably 7ish and up) you need to stay here. It has access to so many things for them, a pool, tennis courts, open fields, a gym, and etc.
  
  Only minor complaint, the left upstairs bedroom doesn't cool off very easily so it can get a little warm.
  
  I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

  The overall experience was good. The kitchen and contents could be cleaner. Having the wifi code and TV instructions would have been helpful. It was very spacious and accomadated our group well.

  The property was as described in the write-up. Up to eight adults could easily stay at this location. The pool and tennis courts were in good condition and there was a general area for grilling and tables for gathering. The unit we stayed in could use some painting and touch up but was otherwise in good condition.

  Overall, our family enjoyed our stay here. The best part was that we felt somewhat secluded. It was a very quiet and peaceful place and there were deer everywhere. We went swimming three different days and we were the only ones using the pool every time. The pool appeared to be well maintained. My biggest complaints are that one of the beds was very uncomfortable and that you do not have access to many of the areas on the property. There is another pool that is much bigger with really neat slides for the kids but we were not allowed to use it or the playground area. If we were to go back we would stay at a property owned by T Bar M so that we could enjoy everything the resort has to offer.
