This spacious and gorgeous unit is up to date with new, sleek appliances, a regular coffee maker, flat-screen televisions, granite countertops, and nice furnishings.
Grab the family and friends and jump on in the fun-filled water of the Guadalupe River or spend the afternoon relaxing in the beautiful pool.
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to walk to Rockin R (which is across the river) to rent their tubes and use their shuttle service.
If you enjoy music, dancing, great food, and shopping, then you will absolutely fall in love with this location and Gruene, Texas!
This property is within walking distance to Gruene Hall, Gruene River Grill, The Gristmill and various antique and boutique shops.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.

Pet-Friendly unit with the following fees: 2 pets max.
$25/day/pet
$60 Pet Cleaning fee (this is for interior ONLY and NOT picking up after the dog in yard)
(This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, digging, and unreported housetraining accidents.)
$500 Pet Deposit 7-10 business days after your departure refunded back to the cc on file with no damages or violations.
*If booking through VRBO or Airbnb, the "Prices include all fees" does not apply if you're bringing a pet.
*If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to add it to the message/reservation when booking, so we can apply pet fees accordingly.

Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked parking spot close to the front door of the condo while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is first-come, first-served in the lots across the street to the left. (where you park for Gruene Hall/The Gristmill)

  We do a girls weekend to Wurstfest each year and this year decided to stay at the Village in Gruene. The location was amazing and the condo was the perfect amount of space. The patio was a little worn and the railing had mismatched spindles on the rail (which made it look pretty dated) but otherwise the inside was well-equipped. River City was so easy to work with and we will definitely stay in Gruene from now on for location and ease of travel.

We have all of our properties listed on Air BnB to enhance bookings for our homeowners and we communicate with our Air BnB guests via our email, notifying the guests upon their booking on Air BnB when we call to confirm the reservation. As an added precaution for the company and for our guest's information, we have them sign our contract as well. Guest is provided all of our company's phone numbers including our 24 hour emergency/after hour phone number. An inquiry was sent via AirBnB after business hours on Friday. Had the guest called the provided after hours number, her question would have been answered immediately.

  The Village at Gruene Unit 103 is conveniently located on the river and within walking distance to Gruene Hall. Parking is readily available, and on our visit, the unit was well stocked with bath linens, utensils, trash bags, coffee, etc. The mattress in the main suite is comfortable, but the bed in one of the guest rooms is in need of replacement. We loved the peacefulness of the back porch and the location. We will be back!

  We were in town for a friends birthday & this location is great and so close to historic Gruene. The layout of the condo is quite nice and peaceful. We could not get the tv in the main living area to operate correctly. It was stuck on one channel. Called the after hours number and a friendly voice on the other end directed us but still couldn’t get it fixed. We were never able to park in our designated parking spot (not a big deal because there were a few open spots available, but another vehicle was always in space 103).
  This was a comfortable place but I wouldn’t call it luxurious. Beds (mattresses), sheets, pillows & towels were all ok but not overly comfortable.

  Loved the location, loved the setting and convenience to activities. Visited one of the units at the front of the property that was much more updated than ours and would love to see the one we stayed in updated but maybe the updated one cost more, I don’t know. The only real complaint we had was that the beds were worn out and desperately needed new mattresses. Need a full length mirror somewhere in the unit. Enjoyed our stay!

  The property was in the perfect location and had good accommodations. The beds were comfy and the whole condo was well maintained. Only complaints were that the bathtub caulking had mildew and the balcony was missing a spindle which with little ones is dangerous.

  Fabulous time, great location, River City Resorts made check in very easy. There was a rowdy group staying at the unit across the walkway from us who was very loud, and played loud music from about 2:30-4:00am (Saturday night, Sunday morning). I didn’t want to be the “grumpy old man” and break up there party. Very surprised no one else called security.

  We had a great overall experience! Loved the condo location, the way it was decorated, and the amenities that went with it. Loved that the grounds were clean and pool was clean. We do have a couple of comments for improvement for future guests. One is the trees out back need trimming for better view of the river. Another is that there were a few live roaches in condo. Other than those two comments it was great! Perfect location for vacation with family enjoying the river and the amenities that surround the condo in Gruene.

  Unit 103 was very clean and conveniently located to all the quaint shops in Gruene. Although the weather was cooler when we stayed, I think not being allowed to lower the a/c temp below 72 would pose a problem in the summer heat.   We loved the condo. Our only problem was a very large group on a porch by us that decided to play beer pong at 1AM. We ended up calling the local police after we called your office and didn't receive an answer. The officer shut the party down after 2AM. Made for a long night.

  We arrived Saturday just in time to unload our suitcases and coolers , then we added hairspray and lipgloss, and danced our way down the street to Gruenehall ! Jason Boland was very entertaining and very easy on the eyes. We ended our night at Mozie's. Sunday was the amazing Willie Nelson concert, the reason that brought us to Gruene this time. We sang, danced, drank beer, bought T-shirts, we ended our night at Mozie's. We stayed til Tues. afternoon enjoying all that Gruene has to offer, it was blast ! We'll be back.
