Inverness 115

Inverness 115 is a first-floor unit in the second building of the elevated 3-floor condominium complex that has both stairs and an elevator for easy access.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum.
Master Bedroom: Queen
2nd Bedroom: Queen
Livingroom: 1 person to sleep on oversized couch and 1 to sleep on twin cot.
Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more!

Inverness at New Braunfels is on prime Comal Riverfront property with a large common area deck overlooking the Comal River and property pool.
-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can jump in on property for a 20-minute float down to the last public exit, (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk 5 minutes back to the complex. Repeat for free all day long!
-A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to the Inverness private riverbank (about an hour and 45 minute float, make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) OR float passed Inverness to get out at the last public exit (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk back to Inverness (5min walk) for a 2 hour float!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Everyone in party must be 25 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive 6 wristbands (maximum occupancy) which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked parking spot under the complex building while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the middle lot. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

Security guards are enforced on-premises to ensure only guests of Inverness are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces.

  Very spacious condo with all the amenities you need for a great tubing weekend. Washer/dryer came in handy for wet things. Set up an air mattress in the living area for our 5th adult guest. Plenty of room. Nice balcony with plenty of shade and can see the river. Nicely furnished and even had complimentary coffee.

  This unit is very well maintained and has been updated with a beautiful kitchen and modern appliances. The bathrooms are modern and clean as well. It has an adequate living and dining area. It features two bedrooms with comfortable beds. It is in a great location across the street from the Schlitterbahn and a short walk to downtown. Our stay this year was short due to covid-19 but we would stay in this unit again.

  This was our 1st trip to float the Guad and Comal. Perfect location! Jump right into the Comal. Short walk to/from start/end of Comal River. And short drive to the Guad! Lovely Condo with everything you need. Glad it had a washer/dryer. Very Clean! Great Staff...had an issue with the wifi (need refreshed) and one of the smoke detectors (low battery and beeping nonstop), but they fixed both very quickly. We had a great time and would love to come back here! Definitely Recommend. A+

  The actual rental was nice and just what you need for a group of 4 or two couples. My only issue was with River City --we got about 3/4 emails regarding the rental and all of them had different information but weren't that clear on the parking situation. Also, we were given a code to access the rental and when we all went up there (after check-in) with hands full of groceries the code did not work. We had to sit outside and call the office to get a new code.

  It was wonderful with rangers to help us out safely of the river. The experience was very good, except there were loud parties outside of our unit - Friday night till 430 AM and Saturday till after midnight. could not get back to sleep. Where were the security guards? Do you not have guidelines about parties? Also, deck furniture missing because people take downstairs to pool and area by the river so our group - all staying there -could not use tables for our get-together. I mentioned to security and they shrugged their shoulders and did nothing. We spend thousands of dollars to be there and it is our significant family get-together. Office staff very helpful about tubes and tube returns. Very professional. The property unit was great! Again, the parties were awful and a huge distraction to our being able to rest on our expensive vacation!! We did not sign up for that!! I would recommend the place except for the parties...and people were noisy in the halls after 10 pm. Thanks anyway...

I think it is necessary since going to our room can be far and going up and down stairs for many people can be complicated." Inverness unfortunately does not have a bathroom near to pool/river, but we can only imagine the people trespassing onto the property from the river if they saw a bathroom that close to the end of the river... :)

  It is o.k., unit is a little smaller than we like but it works, the Kitche3n, dining and living room area is very nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small, prefer a king size bed. When it gets down in the 30's it is hard to keep warm as the floor is very cold but all in all not bad. Prefer to be at Camp Warnake but we need either a first floor unit or an elevator building because our relatives in the area can not do stairs, we can but they can not. A unit with the living area on the ground floor with bedrooms up would work. We had a problem with a barking dog in the unit above us and we reported it to the management and they took care of it right of way.

  We were very satisfied with this condo. The only criticism would be the size of the bathrooms. They were a bit on the small side. We liked the kitchen and living areas. It is very well decorated and has been recently renovated. We also appreciated that the condo had internet, a landline and a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay in this condo again.
