Camp Warnecke B105 is a first-floor unit in a two-story condominium complex—this unit does not have a river view.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum.
Master Bedroom: Queen
2nd Bedroom: Queen
Livingroom: Sleeper Sofa.

Fully furnished with linens, towels, cooking utensils, blender, standard drip coffee maker, flat screens in all rooms & master bath, wifi, and so much more. Property grills are located in between buildings and along gated roadside.

Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental!

Camp Warnecke is on Comal Riverfront property with a Pool and Hot tub!
-Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 3 minutes over down the right-hand side of the Garden Street Bridge, float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) to get out and repeat for free all day long!
-A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) for a 2 hour float!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away!

Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social.

Must be 25 or older to book, kids are welcome with a parent/legal guardian.
Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive wristbands per maximum occupancy, which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked and covered parking spot while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

Security guards are enforced on premises to ensure only guests of Camp Warnecke are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces.

  This location was really well remodeled, it’s a beautiful spot. Close walk to the river to float, they provide tubes which is helpful.

  Wonderful upgraded condo. I've stayed at Camp Wernecke several times but this condo was the best one I've stayed at. The upgraded amenities were fantastic. And, wow, the shower is awesome!! Never seen a 5 nozzle shower. Best shower I've ever had! Haha

  Gorgeous interior. The rental property has nice appliances that added to our stay. Each room was neat and comfortable. Even the bathrooms were luxurious!
  
  Great location. The entire property is a close walk to the river, and has a pool for other options. We went after a storm so the river was covered in pollen and debris; thankfully we had a clean pool as a break from the river.

  The unit is updated and well decorated. The management staff has communicated effectively. The complex (though not the unit itself) is located on the Comal and has a private entrance/exit. The cleaning before our arrival lacked attention to detail. The unit does not have furniture on the porch, so you can’t hang out there. The entrance/exit to the Comal had litter on it. The property doesn’t have a common area where guests without riverfront units can hang out along the river.
